These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your business relationship with NEONE WEAR LTD. By accessing this website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services or website.

2. Company Overview

NEONE WEAR LTD is a UK-based sourcing, wholesale, and manufacturing consultancy that partners with Indian factories, including its parent company GM Traders, based in Tirupur, India. We provide:

  • Fabric sourcing

  • Garment manufacturing

  • Export surplus stock sales

  • Private label support

  • Tech pack and consultation services

3. Eligibility

To use our services or place an order, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Be a verified buyer or authorized representative of a business

  • Accept these Terms & Conditions in full

4. Orders & Payment

  • All orders must be placed in writing via email or confirmed purchase orders.

  • Payment terms are agreed upon prior to processing the order (advance, part-payment, or credit terms depending on client profile).

  • Prices are exclusive of VAT, shipping, customs, or applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • NEONE WEAR LTD reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at its discretion.

5. Manufacturing & MOQ

  • Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) vary per product line.

  • Custom orders begin from 100 pieces per style; surplus stock orders begin from 2,000 pieces.

  • Production timelines will be shared during order confirmation and may vary depending on fabric availability, design approvals, and order volume.

6. Stock Lot Sales

  • All stock lot / surplus items are sold as-is and final.

  • No returns or exchanges unless goods are received in damaged or unapproved condition, reported within 3 business days.

  • All goods are inspected prior to dispatch and shipped with packing documentation.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, graphics, packaging designs, product samples, and tech packs submitted by clients remain their intellectual property.
Any custom work carried out by NEONE WEAR or its partner units may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

8. Returns, Refunds & Disputes

  • For manufacturing defects, a formal complaint must be lodged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Approved refunds or remakes will be processed based on the situation and within mutually agreed terms.

  • NEONE WEAR LTD will not be liable for courier delays, customs issues, or third-party errors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Business loss due to delay or non-performance outside our reasonable control

  • Changes made to products after client final approval

10. Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
