🔍 Explaining the Process in Detail

1. Concept & Design

It all starts with your idea. You can send:

  • A tech pack

  • A physical sample

  • A moodboard and reference images

From there, our team helps clarify details such as fabric selection, finishes, sizing, trims, and production feasibility.

2. Fabric Sourcing

Using our trusted supplier network in Tirupur, we source fabrics based on:

  • Material type (cotton, bamboo, recycled polyester, terry, etc.)

  • Color

  • GSM (weight)

  • Sustainability or performance features

We offer 100+ fabric varieties and can even send swatches for approval.

3. Sampling

Before bulk production, we create a first sample (proto or fit sample) so you can check:

  • Fit

  • Fabric performance

  • Stitch quality

  • Print/logo placement

Once approved → we move to production.

4. Pattern Making & Grading

We digitize patterns and grade them across all sizes (XS to XXL and beyond). This ensures accurate cutting and reduces waste.

5. Fabric Dyeing & Pre-Treatment

Fabrics are dyed (or pre-dyed) to your brand color specs and undergo softening or anti-shrink treatments.

This step ensures color accuracy and wash durability.

6. Cutting & Stitching

Garments are now cut and sewn together in audited, ethical units in Tirupur. We monitor:

  • Seam integrity

  • Finishing details (like hems, cuffs, or drawcords)

  • Logo embroidery or print application

7. Quality Check & Finishing

Each product is checked by hand for:

  • Loose threads

  • Stitch accuracy

  • Sizing issues

  • Branding misalignment

We ensure only clean, press-ready products move to packing.

8. Custom Branding & Packaging

Your identity matters so we help you personalize every detail:

  • Neck labels

  • Wash care tags

  • Hang tags

  • Thank-you cards

  • Eco-friendly boxes and bags

This gives your customer the full branded experience.

9. Final Dispatch

Once packed, we arrange shipment via courier, freight, or cargo based on your timeline and quantity. You get full tracking and delivery support.
